How will I receive the programs Landscape lighting software and lighting effects?
After you purchase a PDF file should open in a new tab, you have the option to save the file and follow the instructions later or just follow all instructions then. We also email the instructions within 24 hours.
how do i register the software?
Version 1.3 will automatically register your computer. Once you install on 2 computers, please contact us for a new install. If you still have an older version, it is best to update so you have all the updated libraries. Use a support ticket on the right or email us.
WHERE IS EFFECTS ICON?
You should have two icons on your desktop, if not chances are the Effects install was stopped before completion or you have an older install. This is not an issue. Go to your C drive look for the LSL_Movies folder open it and you will find a file called Effects.exe - Double click and follow the prompts to install the Effects program it only takes a minute.
Where are the training videos?
They are within the program as well as the website here, this gives you the option to watch the videos on a computer that does not have Landscape Lighting Software next to the computer you are designing on.
